Born and raised in Southern California, Chef Mona Harrington has spent her entire adult life in the food and wine industry. Professionally, Mona has spent twelve years as a wine educator and Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Los Angeles. Her resume includes working in hotels and restaurants throughout Los Angeles in addition to being a private chef for the entertainment industry.
Currently, she is taking advantage of her accomplishments in the wine. A Certified Level II Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Wine Professional recognized by the Culinary Institute of America, Mona is branching out on her own with dining² . Her purpose is not only to introduce wine studies to budding chefs (professional and leisure) but to share the concept of "dining squared" achieved with ultimate food and wine pairings
